Refund policy
At our store, we strive to deliver products of the highest quality, carefully inspected and managed before shipping. However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from your order, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.
■Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility: We only accept returns and exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Time Frame: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

- Unopened Condition: The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
■Return and Exchange Procedure
- Contact Us: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at the address above within 14 days of receipt. Include details of the issue and attach photos showing the defect or damage.
- Confirmation: Once we review your request, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.
- Return Process: If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. We will cover the return shipping costs.
- Replacement Shipment: Upon receiving the returned item, we will promptly send you a replacement. The shipping cost for the replacement item will also be covered by us.
■Important Notes
- Exclusions: Sale items and custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Customs and Import Duties: Any customs duties or import taxes incurred during the return process will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Late Requests: We cannot accept return or exchange requests made more than 14 days after the product has been delivered.
■Refunds
- If an exchange is not possible, we will provide a refund. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
